Meet our Owner and Designer - Beth Miokovich

Beth is the owner of OLEANDER Interiors, LLC located in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Having been in the Interior Design industry for over 20 years, OLEANDER Interiors has been creating unique and custom spaces since 2002.  She has attended Gateway Technical College for the Space Planning, Color Concept & Cohesive Design program.  Beth has furthered her fabrication skills while attending Waukesha Technical College Window Treatment lab courses.   She has partnered with several contractors in the residential and commercial building industry.

Maria Bluhm is the newest member of our team. Her passion is making homes more enjoyable for clients in a simple and affordable way. After graduating in 2003 from UW-Milwaukee with a communication degree, she has spent the last 2 years in Colorado enjoying all that it had to offer. She is now back in her hometown enrolled in classes at WCTC and excited to start the next chapter in her life!

Jenny Fritz is the owner of Jenny's Bookkeeping & Accounting. She has over 18 years of experience with bookkeeping and accounting.  Her goal is to help our team balance time and finances. Jenny does daily entries, financial reports, tax reports, budgeting, analysis, inventory, tax deduction advice, etc.
